The youngest professional runway model, turned show producer, will be producing her very first NYFW show this September!
Celai West will be working alongside The Industry Fashion Show, as their Runway Coordinator, this upcoming season. Celai is all about changing standards and breaking barriers so we look forward to her making history once again.
West is no stranger to the world of runway. At just eight years old, Celai walked in NYFW for the first time, at nine she had her first viral runway video, then at age ten, she closed the opening show for David Tupaz at Style Fashion Week New York. Just days later, she opened the show for Ugochi Iwuaba and earned her second viral runway video. At both shows, West walked amongst an all adult line-up making her officially the youngest professional runway model.
After attending numerous high-end shows, West has learned what it takes to construct the perfect runway and she is excited to get behind this upcoming season’s runway project.
